Advising stores in POS systems, inventory control, product placement, store layout, product pricing as well as staff training.
As the Vice President of Distribution for Breckenridge Brewery, established the state of Colorado distribution network. With continued support of the staff with product knowledge and sales techniques, developed a company from a local brewery to a regional brewery and now a nationally distributed brewery.
